Persecutions
Those who are good are rewarded here on earth so you can be sure that wicked and sinful people will be punished. (Proverbs 11:31)
Very often people complaint saying that my neighbour, boss, colleague are not in good terms with me even if I have not harmed them. I am good to them but they still trouble me. In this situation the above scripture can give us strength as the Word of God has the power to deliver us from all situations. We need not get worried about the situations we are facing, for our trust and hope should be in the Lord. We need to focus ourselves on Lord Jesus Christ who alone can deliver us from all situations. We need to claim every promise that can fit well in our situation. Scripture tells us in Psalm 91:2 “You are my defender and my protector”. When we have such a mighty God with us we need not bother about any persecutions in our way for God is our redeemer and our help comes only from Him.
